A company that secures the cloud AI runs on — and refuses to print capabilities we cannot open in a walkthrough.
We started from a simple constraint: most cloud estates already have too many agents and too many tickets. Control-plane inventory should not require a change window. If a finding cannot be shown on a connected account, it does not belong on a datasheet.
10ETLabs Inc. is sales-led. Production tenants are invited. There is no self-serve checkout. We would rather lose a deal than sell DeepScan, a SIEM lake, or DSPM as if they were shipping. Our product stays read-only unless you deploy a separate remediator role yourself.
The product team and the website say the same thing. Roadmap is labeled roadmap. Support impersonation is read-only (VIEWER) and audited. Customer cloud secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and no UI or API path returns them in plaintext to anyone, including our operators.
