The service
These terms are between you and 10ETLabs Inc. The product is an agentless cloud security platform. You may only connect accounts you are authorized to assess. v1 is read-only.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for secrets you store, invite links you share, and how findings are acted on in your environment. Remediation in v1 is guidance — you apply it.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, disrupt, or reverse the service beyond your tenant. Do not store credentials you do not own. We may suspend accounts that abuse rate limits or the outbound URL controls.
Commercials
Production access is invite-only and sales-led. Public pricing is a conversation, not a store. Pricing.
Host sensor
Optional host scans use a privileged sensor you install on a guest. That path is not agentless. Cloud connects (AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes) remain read-only API assessments. Third-party scan engines used internally keep their own licenses; see NOTICE in the source tree.
